Orders

Is there a minimum order? No, you can order as little as 1 product and as many as you like.
Can I change or cancel my order before it’s dispatched? Yes you can, however sometimes there is a system lag between dispatch and its confirmation and in this case, we would not be able to cancel your order and the return policy would take effect. An admin fee would be charged for the out of usual & special arrangements (depending on the situation)
Do you give a discount for large orders? Yes, we TOTALLY do! Any order of more than 3 products regardless of value would be considered as a large order

What are the delivery charges? Delivery is free, we don't charge for delivery, regardless of the value of the order.
Can I collect my order from you? We are happy to meet our customers & patrons in person. You are most welcome to collect the order from us in person.
Can I see the stock in person before I place an order? Though we operate online, we welcome you to see the inventory and products in person. Please drop an email at support@valsatyaa.com and mention – Store Visit Request in the subject line and we shall make special arrangements for you.

Higher discounts would be given for in person/ by hand deliveries and pick up. It's also an environmentally friendly alternative!

Do you offer 24 – 48 hrs delivery? We offer 24 to 48 hours delivery for orders from Stouffville, Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora, Newmarket, Uxbridge, and Bradford.
Will I be able to get tracking for all my deliveries?

For deliveries made via courier & mail tracking number would be provided
For deliveries made in person and or collected by customer tracking would not be provided

Can I gift wrap my order? Sure, we can gift-wrap your orders for free provided they are large orders.
Can I add a message to my order? Will the price be shown? Absolutely can, please write your message in the order notes’ box and it will be printed on to a card with an envelope and included with the delivery. There is a cost of $2 for including a card. However, if your message request is for a sticker, it can be done for free (with a word limit). The order will be dispatched with a delivery note but no prices will be shown
