Hand/Self Deliveries and Pick up
- For Stouffville - within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation
- For Markham and Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora, Newmarket, Uxbridge, and Bradford: the coming Saturday and or Sunday after the order has been placed and confirmed (earlier arrangements can be made, please contact in person) Higher discounts would be given for in person/ by hand deliveries and pick up. It's also an environmentally friendly alternative!

Returns
- Orders delivered via online partner - returns within 7 days of delivery & no exchanges offered. Customer pays for return (shipping, label & handling)
- Orders delivered via self-delivery & pick p up - returns & exchanges within 5 of delivery or pick up

FAQ's : Delivery/ Shipping/ Pick up's and Charges
- What are the delivery charges? Delivery is usually free, we don't charge for delivery, regardless of the value of the order. Some high-value and high weighing products/ items are charged but charges will be declared before the product is brought by the customer and before the check out.
- Can I collect my order from you? We are happy to meet our customers & patrons in person. You are most welcome to collect the order from us in person.
- Can I see the stock in person before I place an order? Though we operate online, we welcome you to see the inventory and products in person. Please drop an email at support@valsatyaa.com and mention – Store Visit Request in the subject line and we shall make special arrangements for you.
- What is a normal delivery timing?
- For Canada – 4 to 8 business days
- For United States – 4 to 10 business days
- Do you offer 24 – 48 hrs delivery? We offer 24 to 48 hours delivery for orders from Stouffville, Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora, Newmarket, Uxbridge, and Bradford.
- Will I be able to get tracking for all my deliveries?
- For deliveries made via courier & mail tracking number would be provided
- For deliveries made in person and or collected by customer tracking would not be provided
